The Engle Lab is a Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) molecular genetics and developmental neuroscience research laboratory at Boston Children’s Hospital and affiliated with Harvard Medical School. Our primary mission is to define human congenital disorders of eye and face movement in order to discover genetic, cellular and molecular mechanisms of cranial motor neuron and axon development.
